Ledgant, LLC ("Ledgant," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company building voice-first job and company management software for excavation and concrete subcontractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at ledgant.com.
Ledgant is currently in early access. Today, the website lets you join our early-access list by submitting your email address. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it. As our product becomes available, we will update this policy to cover the additional information the product processes, and we will note the date of any update above.

When you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you submit, along with limited technical information that comes with the submission, such as the source of the signup and basic browser information. We use the email address you provide to: add you to our early-access list; send you updates about Ledgant's early access, launch timing, and related news; and respond to you when you contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those described above.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the early-access list: Supabase (database and storage — stores your email and signup details), Resend (email delivery — sends our early-access emails to you), and Vercel (website hosting — serves the website). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us at contact@ledgant.com. On request, we will remove your email address from our early-access list.
6. Data retention
We keep your email address on the early-access list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes described above.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, and we rely on established service providers that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, which today is limited to your email address and signup details. To make a request, email us at contact@ledgant.com.
9. Children's privacy
The website and Ledgant are intended for businesses and for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
